Born in Park Forest, Joshua Harrison turned his challenges into purpose. As CEO and founder of C.A.B Studios & Recreations, he’s committed to giving youth safe spaces to grow through creativity, education, and wellness—building the community he once needed himself.

Originally from Roseland and now residing in Matteson, Dr. Banks-Tillmon is an educator, real-estate professional, and principal of MOSTA. As Executive Learning Officer at C.A.B, she blends academic excellence with leadership to inspire growth across the community.

A student-athlete and Executive Recreation Officer, Amare White leads with passion and purpose. Through C.A.B Studios & Recreations, he’s building year-round basketball programs and scholarship opportunities that empower youth to succeed on and off the court.

From Chicago’s East Side to Park Forest, Kenny Flagg brings lived experience and leadership to C.A.B Studios & Recreations. A voice for youth empowerment, he uses music, mentorship, and real conversation to guide young people toward purpose over violence.

Born and raised in Park Forest, Samuel Reese combines music and mentorship to uplift youth. As a board leader at C.A.B Studios & Recreations, he uses his experience as an artist and educator to turn pain into purpose and sound into strength.

An educator and financial leader, Dana Jackson -Brown brings 20+ years of youth development and program leadership to C.A.B as Chief Financial Officer. As a mother of 8 she brings her nurturing and compassion to CAB's leadership team.
