THE FACILITY

Located at 3250 Lincoln Highway in Park Forest, Illinois, the future CAB Facility sits on a highly visible and accessible commercial corridor, offering both scale and flexibility to support community-centered programming. The building encompasses approximately 50,000 square feet on a multi-acre site, making it one of the largest adaptable spaces in the area.

Originally designed as a commercial and industrial flex property, the structure features open floor plans, high ceilings, multiple access points, and expansive interior space, ideal for transformation into classrooms, creative studios, recreational areas, offices, and community gathering spaces. Its layout allows for intentional redesign while maintaining structural efficiency.

The facility benefits from direct frontage on Lincoln Highway, providing strong visibility and convenient access for families, students, and partners. It is also located near public transportation, including Metra and Pace bus routes, reinforcing CAB’s commitment to accessibility and community reach.

Once redeveloped, this building will serve as a central hub for learning, arts, recreation, and youth empowerment, aligning with CAB’s mission to create safe, inspiring spaces where young people can grow, create, and thrive.
