Professional Experience:
Dr. Banks-Tillmon is an accomplished educator and administrator with more than two decades of experience in school leadership, curriculum design, and student development. She began her career in Harvey Public Schools and went on to serve as a principal within Matteson School District 162, where she currently leads as Principal of MOSTA.
My Story
A native of Roseland and now a resident of Matteson, Dr. Tai Banks-Tillmon has dedicated her life to helping others build pathways to success through education and empowerment. Her career stands at the intersection of learning and leadership, and her philosophy is simple: “We’re not just teaching academics — we’re teaching identity, resilience, and possibility.”
At CAB, Dr. Banks-Tillmon oversees the Executive Learning Center and youth enrichment initiatives, ensuring every child has access to quality education and mentorship. Her legacy of excellence continues to inspire the next generation of learners and leaders across the South Suburbs.
