Josh

Joshua Harrison is a community leader, educator, and the host of 2 Orange Chairs, a platform built to give young people and real voices a space to be heard. Based in Park Forest, he serves as the CEO and Board President of C.A.B. Studios and Recreations, where he’s working to create opportunities for youth through creativity, mentorship, and community-driven spaces.

With a background in education, Josh has spent years working directly with students in and out of the classroom, giving him a real understanding of what young people are navigating today. He also stays active in civic engagement through his work with the Cook County Young Democrats, helping connect the next generation to leadership and the political process.

Through 2 Orange Chairs, Josh brings those experiences into conversation, creating a space where people can speak honestly about life, growth, and their journey, one episode at a time.

Our Story

“2 Orange Chairs,” hosted by Joshua with occasional appearances from Ton, launched in 2025 as a platform to highlight local businesses, emerging creators, and real voices from the community. What started as a space for conversation has grown into something bigger, giving people the opportunity to speak honestly about their experiences, ideas, and perspectives.

From fashion and creativity to entrepreneurship, culture, and everyday life, the podcast brings together a range of voices from the next generation. Each episode offers laid-back but meaningful conversations that reflect what young people are thinking, building, and going through in real time.

Throughout Season 1, the show also stepped into deeper discussions, including conversations around the 2024 election, creating space for Gen Z voices to be heard on topics that directly impact them. With different perspectives at the table, the goal has always been to encourage open dialogue, not one-sided opinions.

Each week, Joshua (and sometimes Ton) sits down with guests to share stories, exchange ideas, and highlight people making an impact—big or small. From our orange chairs to your household, this is more than a podcast, it’s a conversation.
